The IALDNY Is Exploring What Happens above the Ceiling

When I was first starting out in architectural lighting I had no idea what it took to actually suspend and support a fixture above the ceiling. Turns out I wasn’t alone. Many young designers know a lot of about how light works, but not necessarily how lighting fixtures are installed. That’s why I really like the upcoming workshop the IALDNY is hosting at the USAI showroom.

The event descriptor says it all:

As lighting designers, it is important to get familiar with these systems and how the lighting that we design gets installed in them.
