Everyone knows how much I love USAI. From their push to constantly innovate to their endless options, they are a true specification-grade line and the best downlighting company in the country. That said, the biggest complaint I get about USAI is that the products can be a little tough to specify. Well, they took a huge step in helping solve that issue this week with the launch of their online configurators.

I took a few minutes to kick the tires on it, watch:

You still have access to the classic cut sheet.
Use the ? icons to get quick access to information.
You don’t need to answer every item if you’re early in the design, the configurator will generate * symbols.

USAI has launched this tool for 150 products with more coming online each week. This will be particularly useful for the new low voltage Little Ones.
