Usually, when I start to write one of these posts, there's a single definitive aspect of a manufacturer that I try to settle on. Maybe it's their speed to market or their focus on excellent product design. But when I started to outline a post about Viscor, it was difficult to pin down a single characteristic to focus on; here's why.

So, as you can see, it's hard to put Viscor in a single container as a manufacturer. Perhaps a better way to think about Viscor is as a factory you can partner with on your projects. I'll finish with one powerful example. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, North Central Bronx Hospital needed to rapidly expand its ICU capacity by adding 120 beds. The team looked to Viscor to produce more than 100 MD2IG-3461 Ambient/Exam fixtures. They were delivered within one week of the request.
